Served as Event Coordinator for PT Suprabakti Mandiri during the Mining Expo 2025, held at JIExpo Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. The company showcased two facing islands with a total area of 216 square meters, featuring leading industrial brands including REMA TIP TOP, Technoroll, Continental, SHG, Trutrac, MLT, Safe-T, Hawk, McLanahan, Martin, Ringfeder, Sensoteq, and Voliro.

Responsible for overseeing the entire event management process — from planning and organizing to execution — ensuring the company’s participation achieved its branding, networking, and business development goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning:
  Designed the booth layout, developed event concepts, and coordinated with principals to align product showcases and marketing objectives.

• Organizing:
  Managed vendors, contractors, and logistics for booth construction, display setup, and promotional materials. Coordinated schedules between internal teams, principals, and event organizers.

• Executing:
  Supervised on-site activities during the exhibition, ensured smooth daily operations, managed visitor engagement, and handled real-time issues to maintain booth performance and brand presentation quality.

Achievements:

• Successfully delivered one of the largest and most dynamic booths at Mining Expo 2025 with a total area of 216 sqm.

• Strengthened collaboration between multiple international principals and local teams.
